• Interview Simulation: Practice interviews with AI feedback and coaching
• Browser Extension: One-click job applications directly from job boards

We offer both Basic (free) and Premium (paid) service tiers with different feature limitations and capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Acceptable Use

6. AI-Generated Content and Services

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate various types of content and services:

• Professional Headshots: AI-generated images for professional use
• Job Recommendations: AI-powered matching and suggestions
• Interview Coaching: AI-generated feedback and improvement recommendations

Important: All AI-generated content should be reviewed, verified, and customized by you before use. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you submit to employers. CareerBoom is not responsible for employment outcomes or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Automated Applications and Browser Extension

Our Auto Apply feature and Browser Extension automate job applications on your behalf. By using these features:

• You authorize us to submit applications using your provided information
• You remain fully responsible for all applications submitted on your behalf
• You must ensure your resume and profile information is accurate and up-to-date
• You acknowledge that automated applications may not be suitable for all job types
• You can disable automated features at any time through your account settings

We respect job board terms of service and rate limits, but we cannot guarantee that all job boards will accept automated applications. Some employers may prefer non-automated submissions.

8. Service Limitations and Tiers

CareerBoom offers different service tiers with specific limitations:

• Basic (Free): Limited to 10 resumes per month, 5 resume templates, 10 versions per resume, and 50 job tracker entries per month
• Premium: Unlimited resumes, all templates, unlimited versions, unlimited job tracking, and access to advanced AI features

Usage limits reset monthly. Exceeding limits may result in temporary feature restrictions until the next billing cycle or upgrade to Premium.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

10. Subscription and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. We support multiple payment methods including major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various regional payment options. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but your data may be retained according to our Privacy Policy.

CareerBoom disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or job placement through use of our AI-powered tools.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CareerBoom be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, employment opportunities, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our AI services.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
